Bordeaux without a mention of Cannelés? I have sweet dreams of them, and the cheeses at Le Marché des Capucins. Wake up and remember I live in Dallas…

Ah of course Cannelés, but those are more common at patisseries than cafés :) Bordeaux has cannelé only stores all throughout the city and its so very tempting. Marché des Capucins is the best!

Bonjour, your pictures are beautiful, thank you. I was a first time visitor to Paris in 2023 and made the mistake of too many museums, where did my days go. I only had 3 macaroons and no croisants in a 5 day trip...my fault! I am going back to Paris the first week of April, they will have to ask me to leave their café, I plan to sit for hours. Thank you for your explanation of coffee, very helpful. 🇨🇵

Never order a glass of champagne always use proper term "une coupe de champagne" or you will be cruelly laughed at

I do prefer a coupe for my champagne, must be doing something right as I've yet to be laughed at when ordering anything :)
