Salted Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Yes, there is an abundance of chocolate chip cookie recipes in the world and more are being created every day. I personally have developed three such cookie recipes and this is my fourth. While you may ask ‘why do we need so many recipes?’, I believe each cookie is uniquely different and what matters is whether or not you want to eat it.

Let’s ask ourselves, what are the important criteria for a chocolate chip cookie? Yours may be different than mine, or we may agree on some but not all. If the end result is delicious, sweet tooth satisfying, and worthy of a second batch..I believe we’re onto something.
