Green, vert, verte — this week’s recipe celebrates the delicious hue of blue meets yellow (with a little help from chlorophyll). It’s a combination of basil and mint, more spring asparagus, and lots of roasted pistachio bits. All of which I gathered on a stroll from one end of Bordeaux to the other. Who needs a ‘one-stop shop’ when you can meander through a French port city covered in limestone?
