Summer Lamb Chops and French Potato Salad
I’m proud to be a forever student of learning a new language and tackling kitchen experiments. This week's French class is all about la gastronomie—discussing cuisine from different countries, watching videos of chefs sharing their passions, and trying to articulate my favorite recipes in proper French. It's so much better than math class ever could be. The struggle to verbalize my favorite foods en francais using correct articles will never compare to the stress of writing derivatives on a whiteboard in front of my entire high school calculus class.
